Center Board Rope

I have an O'Day 25 and the centerboard rope plastic collar broke, and now my centerboard rope is getting chaffed by the fiberglass body of the boat. What is this plastic piece even called so I can get a replacement? Also, has anyone evr replaced one of these things?

I am very mechanically adept, but sailboat idiot. Please advise.

Could you be more specific on the plastic piece? What year is it?

It is a 1984 O'Day 25. When in the cockpit, the plastic piece surrounds the centerboard rope. It looks like it acts a collar/reducer of the larger hole through the floor. I haven't looked underneath yet, but I would describe it as a grommet, made of plastic that the rope goes through. I am trying to add a picture.

The plastic piece is attached to the floor as well.
