Center Board Problem

I am having a problem getting my center board to come all the way up and move freely in a newly purched 15' O'DAY WIDGEON sail boat--Can anyone advise where I can get information or a schematic/drawing so that I can correct this ? THANK YOU c

First, the Widgeon is only 12' 4" (I won't tell your friends if you don't!)Is this one of the 1971-86 Widgeons with a line-operated CB, or an older one with a lever-operated CB? The lines are not hard to figure out, not too much different from the diagrams in the above posting about "leaky Day Sailer", but I do have the original O'Day diagram from Rudy at D&R for the Widgeon. I can mail it to you if it will help, or better yet send you a manual, let me know!
