Do any 460 owners or owners to be have any concerns about the material (fabric) used in the ceiling of galley area. It seems to me there could be condensation or mildew developing in this area when Air Condition or Heat is in use.

no problem

After six months in high humidity, and temperatures from 35 to over 100 degrees I have not noticed any problems.
