I lost the drum for a CDI Flexable Furler 4 and need to know if any one has any extra or knows where to get one. Its from an '87 Oday 272.

CDI may still stock those, check their web site. Otherwise, it is always worth a call to Rudy at D&R Marine (508) 643-0715 he has all sorts of stuff stored in his barn! He just bought a pile of hardware from ALDEN Yachts, and also has some kind of understanding with EDSON to get first dibs on any odds and ends.
CDI still stocks the drum, or did a couple years ago. In some ways I wanted to enclose mine, but several times when out sailing alone, I let a little slack get in the line and had an overwrap and was very glad I could just lock off the wheel and go forward and get instant access to the drum......

Pat, the furling drum I have is for the old Cruising Design rf-4 or what ever was the non-flexible furler that O'day put on these boats when they first came out.....but I don't believe it works for a flexible furler....sorry.
