Last year after pulling out I decided to remove my head sail an oem Doyle genoa which wasn't that difficult. I sent the sails out for cleaning and some modifications and need some help figuring out how to install head sail. The furler is the CDIF2 I believe. It looks like I have to run the the rope of the front of the sail up the plastic strip that runs from the furler to the mounting point on the mast and attach it to the top with the rope that runs up the other side of the plastic strip. I need to know if it's just tied to the top of the sail with a know? Where does the other end of the rope attach to? And also the line on the furler is all pulled out to the unit do you wind the line up inside it before you put the sail the plasitic strip. In general I'm lost. Any help and pics would be much appreciated.
