I need parts for my C22, however my efforts to contact Catalina Yachts have yielded no constructive response. (Let's see, I've called three times, e-mailed, and even sent a letter, with parts numbers and self addressed stamped envelope for the response.)I'n not ready to fax in an order, as I need to know the cost of the parts. The front desk folks politely tell me they will forward messages, but nobody gets back to me. Something tells me I'm not alone in this problem? What's the best way to find out about parts pricing and availability? Thanks for any help!

Hi Peter,Amazing isn't it? I have never experienced such a total disregard for a customer as what is displayed by the Catalina folks.Have you tried Catalina Direct? They actually talk to you and return calls.Good luck!-tap

Catalina is excellent in my experience

I've had great support from Catalina, from both parts and technical support. Parts can be a bit quirky at times, but has always come through in the end. Try again! jv
