I am in hte market for a Catalina MKII 22, 22

I believe the wing keel started on the 1988 model of the 22.

I have a fin

I have a 1986 C22 fin keel. The reason they are hard to find is that the vast majority of C22s are swing keel since they were intended for trailer sailors. I launch mine one a year and retrieve it once so the swing keel isn't important to me and I like the no mainteance and better handling of the fixed fin.
