Yes, there are. Google Catalina 30 Chesapeake Bay Association. I don't have their specific url available right at hand. There are also All Catalina Associations all around the country. These include more than one individual sized boat for people who have grown into larger boats but want to maintain friendships, or for areas where there are not enough one design boats to make a viable fleet.
The Chesapeake Catalina Yacht Club (CCYC) is but one of the Catalina clubs on the Chesapeake. Their website is: http://www.sailccyc.org/
