Catalina 36 MkII Microwave Oven Make & Model #

I'd like to purchase a microwave oven for my new Catalina 36 MkII. The oven furnished from the factory is a Samsung, but I've been unable to locate the specific model number of the unit. If anyone out there has a recent C36 and can email to me the Samsung model number I would appreciate it very much.Thanks,JimBorgman@grant.k12.ca.us

I picked up one at Walmart that fit. All you need is the measurements of where you want to put it, go out and find one that fits. Mine would have fit perfectly in the cabinet over the stove but I did not want to give up the space. I enlarged the vent hole to the back berth that is under the counter, slid the microwave into that hole, allowing the back of the microwave to sit on the shelf in the back. My boat is a 91 but believe they are all about the same in this respect. Believe I gave about 60 or 70 bucks for the microwave. Works great!
