Catalina 36 Heaters

I,m thinking of installing a heater in my C36 and am wondering where the best place would be for it to go. The only place I see is to remove the TV cabinet and use that space. Can any one share with me their experience with installing a heater on a C 36? A picture would be nice but not nessessary

Bulkhead?

Depending on what kind of heater you are planning to install, I might recommend the bulkhead to the left of the mast. I installed a diesel fired High Seas heater in that location on my old C30, which has a similar layout. It was vented through the deck above it. I lost 1/2 of one seat around the table, but the comfort of the heat in the main cabin was worth it.
