Wouldn't you be better off talking to a welder who does those things? I'll be surprised if anybody volunteers an actual plan.

Catalina might be able to provide drawings for you. I have gotten them in the past before. Or, when your boat is out of the water, it can be measured and a new one made up by a welder as Scott T-Bird suggests.

In addition to being strong enough to hold the boat, the other key consideration would be that the cradle pads contact the hull in the right places. Typically, where there a bulkheads.

So, Catalina would be the place where I'd start for a set of measured drawings to turn over to a welder.

If Catalina doesn't help, it wouldn't be all that difficult to create a measured drawing if there is a 320 cradle somewhere in your area. Measurements and photos should be enough for a welder to make one for you.

As far as welders I work with some of the best in Ontario, I did reach out to Catalina with no response. My last boat was a C&C they had the design on line.
