Bill Lewis is the Technical Editor for the C310 International Association and has been an officer of the association for the past decade. Bill owns hull number 73 Allezy-! and sails the Pacific Ocean off Southern California. The article is very complimentary to our 310 and restates many of the reasons we all love it.
