Catalina 30mkIII

I was considering buying a 30 mkIII either new or late model but don't see any used late model boats. Are people still buying this boat? Could anyone comment on how well it handles in high wind?Thanks

catalina 30 sails great

Keith: I sail long inland sound in high winds with my catalina 30 Mark 2 and handles great. The boat is made to sail in good winds. I raced in 30 to 40 kns of wind the boat handles great.Good luck in buying a catalina 30.
