I am the proud owner of a Catalina 28 1991
Unfortunately there is slack in the rudder appears to be the polyester top and bottom to be worn
Now I have received tips on the area to fill with Proxy resin or Teflon strip
Is there anyone who has experience, and experience to share with me or maybe even a better idea
