I had a sight fuel leak and also was clogging primary filter alto after a long trip. removed the tank to clean it out then filled it up to leak test it and found three pin holes that are from bad ground. My question is has any one tryed to weld these aluminum tanks to repair or is replaceing the only way??? Any info is appreciated.

Not a good idea to repair
and not because you can't repair the leaky ones you know about, but because you have three already there's a ton of 'em you just don't know about waiting to happen. For your safety, replace it. And before you ask about where to find a replacement: try Catalina Yachts, still in busienss and probably still making C28s. Good luck.
