The pulleys on our genoa blocks are very badly worn (to the metal) in one spot on ea. block. Our 270 was built in 1994. Can these blocks be repaired (replace the pulleys)? Who made this hardware?

I had a '94 also, tried some low lead cars from Garhauer but they sheaved more easily at extreme angles. Best was I found some "like new" OEM cars for $15 at Minneys Yacht Surplus. These are the real low cars with a small but wide black roller?
