I own a 1989 C 27 and suspect the scupper drain hose(s) have failed as I have found gallons of water in the bilge after a rain/snow event. I have seen similar threads on this happening to others although the year of the boat was not mentioned. My question is what is the type, diameter and length of the scupper hose?

First order of business is inspecting the scuppers to see if they are indeed responsible for the leaks. At the same time that you inspect them you can determine the type, diameter and length of the hoses. If replacing the hoses it would be advisable to replace the deck and hull fittings also.
