going from ohio to oklahoma to pick-up a catalina 22 with catalina trailer .owner says to bring a spare wheel.ford 15`225/78 my sources tell me ther are different spacings of the lug holes, which do I need? thanks ken
Ken, I had a 22 once....bought a new wheel for a spare. All I told them where I bought the wheel was "a Ford five-hole"....it fit just fine. I'm no gear head, but I though the word "Ford" pretty much defined the wheel. Good luck. Brad
There are universal wheels with more than just the 4 or 5 lug holes. These fit both GM and Ford spacings and are available at the after market car parts places. If you are going to pick it up in the Oklahoma City area and run into problems, give me a call at (405) 288-6199 and I will help you locate a wheel from a source here in the city. This is not a big concern and can be easily handled from the many salvage yards. Bob
hello ken,i don't know for sure what will fit, but center holes are bigger or smaller. ask the seller what model/year, car/truck wheel fits the trailer. if it has only a flat or worn out tire, wait until you get there and buy a new one.also when you get the trailer you will have a sample to show a wrecking yard what you need. good luck john
