Catalina 22 mk II Battery Removal

I just bought a 1998 catalina 22 mk II. The battery is right beneath the winch. How in the world do you take it out? It is sitting in a tray attached to the hull.

I have a older model, but it sounds like things haven't changed much with the battery installation. It should attach to the tray somehow. It is the battery you want, not the tray? There should be some straps or a clamp that hold the battery down. Regards, Ted

Got it

Thanks. It took some doing, but I was able to remove it by scooting it over to the port bunk access hatch. Whew.
