Loose traveller blues
My old c22 had the same problem. On the starboard side I was able to use multiple 1/4" ratchet extensions to reach the bolt and tighten it. The multiple extension give some flexibility. The port side required drilling a 1" hole in the transom (cockpit side)to get an end wrench on the bolt. I then made a small teak plate to cover the hole. That arrangement was a bad idea on Catalina's part!
