Cat 25 volcano leak!!

So I recently launched my new to me 1977 Catalina 25 and she’s taking on water pretty bad. I found that it seems to be seeping from the volcano area. Used some 5200 and also some JB water weld to no avail.
Do I have to grind down this whole area and reglass??
It’s such a tight spot that I would have to cut out an access panel under the steps just to even get to it.
Please HELP!!!
The red circle is where I found the seep…after adding sealant it just redirected the leak to the other side (which is much more difficult to pump out)

Upon looking at the pictures it appears that the hose clamp is on a little wonky but there’s no leak coming from there…??

If you've confirmed that it is not seeping from the hose, I would suspect that the wire rope-to-keel attachment is kinda wonkey and has been pushed up into the volcano wall.. I'd carefully inspect the attachment before glassing over the seeps..
