Hi all,A little info for any of you that are planning on removing the 40 year old carpet glue on the interior of your boat. Found a way to clean it like new, I used my bottom paint stripper on it. Brushed it on, waited 45 minutes, plastic putty knife it off. It comes off like butter and leaves a clean brand new looking interior. YAHOO!

Good to know this! I have some stuff that needs to be re-glued. As an aside, do you have a marina for your boat when it is ready? Some of them have rather long waiting lists and you may want to get on one if you're not already.
