In my ongoing effort to solve my poor diling problem, I've taken the carb out to soak in cleaner. BUT there are two plastic pieces I can't seem to remove. Does anyone know anything about this..? It's a Honda 9.9 and the choke plate and the throttle arm are both plastic..
