Can also ask on capri22.net
I have a 1997 capri also. My spinnaker has a 25.5 foot luff with launch bag no sock. My boat was rigged for spinnaker so I had the stuff I needed. Need spinnaker halyard, mine is internal and comes out about 6 inches above headstay. You could do a external halyard. I have snap blocks that attach to bottom of stern rail (should be piece welded on for this) for sheets that you can run up to winches and cleats you use for head sail. I have seen blocks bolted to boat with spring to hold them up on an other capri just forward of stern rail. My sheets are probally twice the length of the boat which is plenty. Sheets are 5/16th I think. Need tack line on the bow. I saw a big tarten in a magazine which tacked it to a bow cleat. I had a down haul for spinnaker pole that I used as tack line. I ran it from cockpit to and threw bow cleat and up threw bow light bracket. I did this to get the chute forward. I do this only in light air as I worry about ripping bow rail off. My sheets and tack line use snap shackles which I had. I have no sock so I really need one on tack line to let go to take spin. down. If you want to use it on very light air day to try out you can probally use jib halyard(do not jibe)tie it to bow cleat(long enough to adjust a little) and use one jib sheet(are not jibing)run to stern rail up to winch.
