I am looking to locate a cover for my capri 14.2, which i have to store outside in these harsh New England winters. ' Does anyone have one they would like to sell? Or know of where i might purchase one?
Most any canvas shop, especially one that specializes in boats and RVs, should be able to make you a cover out of Sunbrella fabric. You could also try contacting Catalina Direct in Calif. They have a website, too <catalinadirect.com>
Check out saltydogmarine.com. I bought a cover for my Capri 14.2 from them last summer and have been more than pleased with it. I figured if it is made for a Michigan winter, it would work fine in Tennessee. It also trailers very well, unlike the cover that Catalina sells. I have a Catalina cover that I use during the summer when I leave the mast attached. Cost is around $250. The Top Gun material appear to be bullet proof.
