Making my annual trip to the Cape to visit my mother and attend the Class of "60" Belmont high reunion. It will be the week of Oct 13th. Grew up in the Boston area, but the only place I ever sailed there was at Community Boating on the Charles River. Anyone sailing early that week that would mind taking a couple of flat land sailors along with them? I sail a Hunter 26 out here. Drop me a line at chocho41@aol.com

Day-Sail Rentals

If you're interested in day-sailing up at the North Shore, try contacting Atlantic Charters in Marblehead, MA. You can do 1/2-day or full-day rentals. (their website is http://www.atlantic-charters.com/) The waters around Salem Sound & Marblehead are fun to sail. Lots of islands, an interesting coastline and easy access to Massachusetts Bay. AC has a variety of boats, from the Pearson Ensign to a Catalina 25 to a Cal '36. They also have a Friendship sloop for groups, but only they will Captain it. --Ron

Drop me a line when you get closer

I'll be taking my 380 out in late October but yesterday was 80 degrees here thankfully and I may still have my sails on then. E-mail me and if i haven't taken the sails off by then I'd be glad to have you along with me. My boat is in Wychmere Harbor in Harwichport.
