This past weekend I had one of the complimentary safety inspections by the local Power Squadren. Although I passed, one item that was conspicuous by its absence was the capacity sticker that is supposed to be provided by the factory. I have been the owner since the boat was new and I can not remember ever seeing one. Can anyone tell me where it is and what form it is in (sticker, plaque, or other). Thanks for your help. CAPACITY PLATE

According to the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, "A Capacity Plate is only required on monohull boats less that 20 feet in length (except sail boats, canoes, kayaks and inflatable boats) for which construction began on or after 01NOV72. This is a Federal Requirement. The capacity information is to be supplied by the boat manufacturer. Also, it must be posted so it is visible by all passengers." Therefore, even if one considers your Mac to be a power boat with a funny looking stick in the middle, it would still not require a capacity plate. If the PS people didn't know that, you mmight want to pass it back to them.
