We just got this boat and once we got water in to it, we could flush with water albeit the pump handle stuck and it was very difficult to raise up. We sprayed it with WD 40 and was very easy to pump. About 2 weeks later, we could not get the water to flow into the bowl. Now all we have is the dry flush. Help!!!

The toilet needs a rebuild kit

Your problem is most likely due to a failed flapper valve (it's in the rebuild kit). Don't use WD-40 any more...petroleum degrades rubber and neoprene, which are the seals you're using it on. When you buy the rebuild kit, also buy either SeaLube or SuperLube...slather the innards of the pump LIBERALLY with it. That should keep it flushing smoothly for the rest of the season. Next spring, slather it again...shouldn't be necessary more than once or twice a season. You might also read the articles in the HM forum reference library (on the forum home page)...they'll help you understand how the system is supposed to work.
