can you identify this head/MSD?

Hello-
Just working out the final details on this 1976 International Folkboat, is anyone familiar with this plumbing stuff that comes with the boat? Potentially landing this old folkboat, it sat for 10 years, I was wondering if any of this stuff is identifiable to anyone?

The square thing is a Thetford PortaPotti I believe, which perhaps replaced the upside down unidentifiable marine toilet. Sometimes easier to identify by the pump, but you might be better off buying a new one anyway.
