I ask, can we get a better survey question?
I believe the current, "what gift would you want, a feathering prop or a new main?" will be skewed in favor of the main. Why? Because, of those of us who have a feathering or folding prop, I believe, we would rather have a new sail than have ANOTHER folding/feathering propeller.
PLEASE, don't think that I am pinging anyone for asking the question, because I dearly love the survey thing. But in this case, I think it misses what we really want to know.
I propose that it would be better to ask,
"If you had to pick between having old sails or a feathering/folding prop, what would keep?" I think the anser to that question will be significantly different.
