You should be able to raise the mast yourselves with practice. check the archives to see several posts as to methods. My wife and I can raise our mast on our 90 h23 ourselves, she is a very small woman. Your marina owner is wanting some business. You should be able to launch off of a good ramp. You may need to have a trailer with an extendable tongue to allow the boat and trailer to be deep enough in the water to float the boat off. Again, check the archives. Good Luck
