Cam attached to block

Anyone know what the connector is called that connects the cam to a block as in the photo? I have a block with becket and I have a cam cleat. I just need to attach them. Thanks.

It's called a "single block with becket and cam". The individual parts are not usually available, you buy it as a whole unit.

Replacement. Is the current block engineered to have this arm installed, or does it require a longer bolt, assuming there is a bolt and not a big rivet, bushings and end caps, and by the time you’re done with all that junk, would it have been cheaper to just get the right block?
