We have a Cal 27 T2 in our sailing club's PHRF racing fleet. The inboard engine as well as prop shaft and prop have been removed and replaced with a retractable 6 HP outboard motor. This Cal 27 is racing under a 195 Southern Cal PHRF handicap rating, according to standard manufacturer's PHRF rating list. Can anyone tell me how this standard handicap rating should be adjusted with the listed design modifications?
