Hello; I am looking to sell a 1986 Cal 22, but would like to establish a fair price. The boat is in very good shape with a brand new jib, new battery, fairly new roller furler and a 9.9 Merc which is 4 years old but but hasn't used 5 gallons of gas yet. To my great dismay I have had almost no opportunity to use the boat, having sailed 5 times the first year, 0 last year and 1 time this year. The boat has been well cared for. This year I had the windows re-bed in silicone. Does anyone have a good idea what the boat is worth? Thank you for your help.
