Cal 21 cockpit set up

Well, the block on the post on the cockpit sole (floor/deck) is not stock ,so I'm not sure how it fits in. Below is the original stock setup. It is possible that there either should be another block on the boom of your boat, lining up with that post in the cockpit, or perhaps someone tried to rig your boat similar to a CAL 20 and the mainsheet goes from one of the blocks near the stern to the one on the cockpit sole?
