During the summer I live on my boat. I have installed a large two door cabnet across the foot of the master stateroom bed. Incidentally, when I took off the vinyl wall covering you can't believe what was behind there. I am now building a cabnet for the bow V birth area so someone can store stuff at the foot of the birth above the area where feet would normally go. There should be pleanty of room. Next comes hanging wine glass rack over the center refrig. Has anyone done this yet?

Must know also!

I have a H29.5 and I am dying to know what could be under that vinyl covering. I would love to replace it with something.

What's under the side-wall covering???

My boat is stored in the winter and only used in fresh water (Great Lakes). When I pulled the cover away first I found dirt -- as expected. Bugs! Now my boat does not have bugs anywhere else and I never see them -- but there they were. Mildue? yap! I really wanted to rip all the coverings off the entire cabin after doing this, but the bare fiberglass is now something you would want to look at. My cabnets are real neat and give me much needed room. I had to paint over the bare fiberglass.

Look in the "picture forum" there is an article and pix of a wine rack which is inexpensive, easy to install and good looking can be ordered on the net
