Hi everyone! my friend and I had an opportunity to purchase a Harken cabintop traveler kit for a very reasonable price! We've wanted to do this on the boat for a while now to prepare for a dogger and to move the traveler out of the way of the companion way. (Not to mention our traveler track has seen much better days) So I saw some older post of people who had already purchased different models of O'days with this modification already done (Including 26s with doggers already installed) My question is if you've done this before what kind of reinforcement did you have to do and if you used the original fiddle buckle set up and just adapted it to go from a 1:1 on the end of the boom to a 3:1 connection along the boom.
