Cabintop Handrail Replacement

My cabintop handrails on my '85 H-28.5 are cracking and need replacement. The rail replacements at West Marine are the correct length but don't have the correct number of loops. Is there a source for replacement of the originals so I don't have to fill old fastener holes and drill new ones?

Hi Lou: If you call H & L Marine in Rancho Domiquez, CA you can get EXACTLY what you need. Tell them the total length and the length of the centers. Good prices & good product. The EOM the Catalina Teak. 323/636-1718. Decided not to go the the Delta this weekend huh!

Instead of sailing this weekend, we're watching it snow. What a bummer. Thanks for the info.

No snow here......yet!

Lou: There is no snow here yet, just blowing like stink. Suppose the winds in the Delta are probably 30-50 today. PS: You will need to drill the rails and the counter sink holes.

Still Snowing

Still coming down. So far about 18-24" in Sierra City. I'll bet it's heading your way soon if not already. Weather Channel indicates tomorrow is the same. At least the Delta will have plenty of water this summer.

Snow on the hills.

Lou: We have had snow and rain mixed in town and snow on the hills around town. We have had very good rain since yesterday afternoon. Looks like the 'March Miracle' has switched to April!!!
