Cabinet "sagging" in aft head?

My cabinet is "sagging" (see picture) in my aft head.

I only see one screw on each side holding the cabinet up and I can't seem to get them out or tightened. I need to get the cabinet back up where it belongs and I'd like to do it the way its supposed to be, not some patchwork fix.

Dan,

We appear to have just one screw on each side too. The cabinet appears to sit on top of the rear fiberglass panel and is held with just the adhesive/caulk and the two screws. If it were me I would remove the two screws (Dremel cut if necessary) and remove the entire unit. I would then clean the existing caulk and re-caulk and refasten. You may need to support the ends while the caulk is curing.

Possibly not enough adhesive/caulk was used originally? This is an odd failure.
