Hello sailors,
since I am in the project of converting my icebox to a fridge, I have decide to replace my galley cabinets (for now!) and the floor. I would like to optimise the area too (I hate the lenght of the drawers and all that waste of room in the back of them). In the Hunter 34 modifications, there's a Michael Brooks that did a beautiful job that will partly look like mine : http://hunter.sailboatowners.com/in...mid=267&cat_id=31&aid=7339&page=article&mn=34

Is there anyone that knows the guy or how to get in contact with him ? Actually, I would like to know where to find the material he used for his cabinet doors, maybe someone knows ???
Thanks

André

Andre, if you are looking to emulate some wonderful cabin redesign, I suggest you ask John Kirkland to send you some pictures of the marvelous work he did on his boat. He is both a delightful fellow and a fine craftsman.

And check out...

a galley cabinetry project done some time ago by John Miller (a fellow club member) on his H34 that should be in the archives. I may still have some pics as well.

Thanks for your comments guys,
actually I talked and exchanged emails with Fred from Epithome ans some of his work inspired me to start my own refits.
I went on the Owner directory but I don't know how to find John Kirkland or John Miller.

Any chances someone can point me to them ?

André
