Contact Harken.

Marcus: Contact Harken (or one of the other Hardware mfg). They all have engineers that can help you out. If you have the measurements they probably tell you the exact hardware that would be required. Also check out Harkens web site. They have some diagrams on this type of stuff.

Garhauer

I don't know for sure but Garhauer seems to supply most of the new Catalina hardware and they probably have what you need. From what I've seen and heard they make a quality product at a very reasonable cost. Can't help you with a web address but a search should raise them quite nicely. Good luck.

Second the Garhauer

I put a Garhauer set-up on my 33 and I'm completely pleased with it at about one quarter of the price of the big boys. garhauermarine.com 909-985-9993 Look at the site, look at the catalog, but talk th them to order so you can get the right stuff the first time out. They'll tell you how and what to measure. Not difficult at all.

traveler track and cart

Hi Marcus: I have a track and cart that we where going to install in a Hunter 27 a couple of years ago and didn't do it. It is a curved track that belonged to a Catalina 30 you'll have to cut like 8 inches from each side. the posts can be bought at garhauer, but I made mine of teak just tall enough to clear the companionway hatch, I did this 5 tears ago in my boat and has been one of the better things I have done on my boat other than replacing the engine. If you want them they can be had for $75 email me at edtamara@aol.com
