I have a 2009 Hunter 33 How do I lower the cabin table?

if it is like my 2005, you lift the table top and remove the tubular post. Then the edges of the table top will fit on the edges of the three seats that surround the table area. There should be a sliding bolt to secure the table top under the edge of the forwardmost seat.

Correct, that's how it is on my 2009 H33 as well.
