Delaminated teak floor
I have a 79 Hunter 30 that had the same problem due to salt water intrusion. When teak veneer plywood begins to delaminate what you see is only the beginning and since owners cannot 're-press' the veneer under SERIOUS pressure there is no way I found to 'repair' the damage. The good news is that, here in Florida and other places, there are sources for sheets (or in some cases partial sheets) of exact replacement teak veneer plywood. These are very reasonably priced and if you bring (send) the old floor in tact to a supplier, a direct replacement piece can be fabricated. Hope this info helps. By the way, if your damaged section was originally cut too narrow or too short to cover the floor properly, as a section of mine was, take new measurements and send them with the piece to be replaced.
