Thanks to a combination of floods, rainstorms and heat, the cabin sole is delaminating. This is not a bad thing. I've had problems before, and the latest replacement is not a true teak and holly floor, but a vinyl or other wood-grain plastic laminated to a thin wooden sub-floor.
I would like to remove the plastic top layer from the wood and bond it directly to the fiberglass of the cabin. That should prevent future instances of the weather turning the cabin into a sauna from repeating my delamination problem.
Any suggestions on the proper bedding material? Any technique hints?
Thanks!
