Recently I have noted that the Navigation table lamp and the Aft berth light have no power. The cabin lights use a blue for power and a black for ground. The Blue wire leaves the electrical panel and under the aft berth foward and comes out in the Aft port locker and dissapears into the Hull between outer shell and liner above the Icebox. The other cabin lights work and have power. Has anyone found out where the splices are located or troubleshot a similar occurance? Just worried that I might start losing the other lights or have a short somewhere in the hull that could be dangerous. Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks, John

Just for everyones info

I called Catalina Yachts today and spoke with engineering. The answer is what I expected. There is no way to wire through or check the wiring that runs through the hull. You have to isolate the wires and wire to the closest panel edge and enclose the wire to the light with teak trim. Oh well guess that solves it!.
