Please, The "cabin light" style at the forward base of my helm doesn't come on. Is there a bulb replacement available or do I have to buy a whole new light fixture?? Much Thanx

While you're at it go ahead and replace all your bulbs with LED's. I did mine a few years ago which basically reduced the load on my battery by more than 3/4 and eliminated the need for replacing bulbs permanently.

Ken & Alan, Thank you for your replies. BUT, neither of you addressed my question. When I exposed the light at the foreward base of the helm of my 1997, 376, I discovered a circular fixture attached to two wires. Unlike the cabin lights which have a direct bulb replacement. Is there a way to replace the bulb?? Or do I have to buy a new fixture?? Much Thanx, "Murph"

Post a picture of the fixture. It might be a sealed panel lamp that just has pigtails coming out of it.. in that case, you do need to replace the whole thing. Also, while you have the wires exposed, slap a meter on them to make sure you are getting voltage when switched on.. otherwise you have more problems than just a blown lamp :)

Cheers,
Brad
