Does anyone know of a supplier for the round vinyl caps that finish off the access holes inside the cabin roof and other locations that hide the recessed working ends of fastening hardware for exterior gear like handrails? I only need a half dozen, if anyone has purchased too many; I'd make an offer: 810-513-6882.

Caplugs

Do an internet search for caplugs, that's what they are called. I believe there are at least two US manufacturers who can probably point you to distributors. Or try McMaster-Carr, an industrial supply outfit, they are also on the net. Good Luck.

CAPS

I had the same problem on my ODay 28. Couldn't find any, so I found the ones I needed in areas of the boat that you can't see unless you bend down. I think I found four of them just underneath the companionway. Those holes are now uncovered, but you can't see them anyway.

It's an automotive item

...or an automotive part will work anyway. I'd try any auto parts chain store, i.e., auto zone, NAPA, carquest, etc. I'm sure they have them, just not sure of the right diameter. They also will be too long, but you could cut off to right length. Just leave one or two barbs. Please post your results for our benefit. I think I've got a couple missing too. Good luck!!!
