We're doing it ourselves
My wife and I are re-covering ours ourselves. It's a little time consuming, but not difficult. We realized that we never removed our old covers except when replacing the foam, so instead of zippers, so after making the covers on the sewing machine, we're hand sewing them shut once they're on the cushions. If we have to remove any it will be relatively simple to sew them back on. We had the fabric covered buttons made out of our new fabric by a local upoulsterer at a nominal cost.
