Does anyone know if these are still available for a ‘93 H 37.5? I need two but want 6! Perhaps someone is 3D printing them?

If you find a source, please post. I need one right now and I have been looking for several years. I am resigned to cutting and making one myself, but it is low on the to-do list. When I do get around to it, I plan to just cut a rectangular block that is the correct thickness to catch the latch on the bottom. I have no need for the grooved middle section.

I think these are from the Hunter fabricated hatches.

Thanks for the replies. I will attempt to find some manufacture id on the latch assembly next time I’m at the boat. Will post final outcome here.

Soooo, I couldn't find any manufacturer markings on the latch assemblies. I had an old plastic cutting board in my shop that just happened to be the correct thickness.

I milled a channel section out of the cutting board using a table saw.

Cut channel to clasp length

Drilled to screw size

Counter sink

Disk sand 45 degree bevel

File edges with fine mill file and deburr with Scotchbrite

Installed.

What was the failure mode on the originals?

I have had the rivets that hold them to the frame break, but never the plastic.

One of the tabs break off when the hatch is open to the minimal vent position and "somebody" steps on the hatch.

Mine are all held on with screws that sheer when you attempt to loosen them '93 37.5
