Can anyone help me??? I have a C27 (called a Jaguar 27 in UK) and I am try to tension the rigging. I know about the sailing in a force 4 and when close hauled none of the shrouds should be slack but I would like to know if anyone knows a proper rig tension as I have a rig tensioning tool. What tool
What kind of tool do you have? Is it a Loos gauge? Recommended tension setting is about 10% of the wire breaking strength. Loos puts out a table to interpret the numbers from their gauge. I could look it up if that is the type gauge you have.
